Stretch Out
This is a workout that involves quick, rapid movements. Due to this, it is a great idea to stretch out really well. This will help prevent injuries and make the workout go smoother.
Warm-Up
Give yourself about a minute or so to rest between each of these steps in the warm-up.
1) Jump Rope for 3 minutes at moderate intensity. This will get the blood moving and will also get more muscles warmed up and loose.
2) Do 2 sets of 15 reps of walking lunges with no weight.
3) Do 2 sets 20 of jumping jacks. Try to do these quickly and with moderate intensity.
